Job Description
Infosys is seeking anAutomation Test Lead/ SDET.
As an Automation Test Lead/ SDET you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 4 years of Information Technology experience.

- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta GA or be willing to relocate to the area.
- Good communicationAnalytical skills& Client stakeholder management
- Should have Strong leadership skills
- Hands-on experience on Database queries.
- Define and execute QA strategy automation roadmap and Go/No-Go criteria.
Build API & UI automation frameworks from scratch; integrate into pipelines.
Drive release management defect resolution and quality metrics reporting.
Create Jira dashboards and Power BI reports for leadership visibility.
Collaborate with global teams; mentor engineers; ensure Agile/DevOps best practices.
Strong in Retail Domain especially Merchandising functionalityAgile and Devops methodology micro services Angular JSetc.
4 years automation experience (Java JavaScript Playwright).
Strong API automation (REST OAuth JSON) and tools (Postman Charles).
Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins GitLab GitHub Actions) and GCP.
SQL bash scripting and microservices testing.
Expertise in Jira Power BI and release management.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
- Experience writing queries and bash scripts.
- Hands-on experience writing test cases and test strategy.
- Familiarity with Gemini Code Assist or similar AI tools.
Experience with writing automation test cases for both functional tests.
Should have strong co-ordination communication & reporting analytical skills.
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
Experience in UI and API Automation with Qmetry/Playwright.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
