What you will do
Accountabilities
Amgens Worldwide Compliance and Business Ethics function (WC&BE) consists of a highly qualified and motivated team of professionals who identify review evaluate manage and advise on compliance considerations within the a key member of the Global Policy Training and Systems team this individual will act as a primary point of contact to support the compliance needs of the JAPAC region whilst ensuring alignment with other regions.
The key responsibilities for this individual will be:
- Acts as the primary point of contact to support the JAPAC region
- Works closely with manager and other single points of contacts to support alignment internationally and globally
- Provides support during the development and implementation of healthcare compliance programs globally
- Supports CDOCS and LMS subject matter experts
- Gathers documentation and supports with identifying potential areas of improvement opportunity and risk
- Supports JAPAC affiliate staff to accomplish healthcare compliance initiatives and goals and be an advocate for compliance best practices within the business
- Assists in the development review implementation and administration of healthcare compliance programs policies standard operating procedures tools systems job aids and trainings
- Understands the business and compliance priorities and aligns individual priorities accordingly
- Works collaboratively with the Training and System team to address local needs

- Bachelors degree or equivalent in a Life Sciences Business or related discipline
- Fluency in English
- Additional languages preferred
- Preferred experience working globally
- Compliance awareness/experience
- Working with cross-functional teams
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Project coordination and administration
- Technology proficient i.e. SharePoint Power Automate Power Apps
