Calling all Butchers we are looking for you!

The role:

Breaking down of carcasses
Boning butchering slicing and packing

About you:

3 years experience required
Committed to work for 8-12 hours shift
Able to work under pressure at a fast pace but maintain high quality at all times
A comprehensive understanding of safe food practices is essential and a proven track record of high productivity to handle high demand in busy periods.
Can lift 20kg or more
Must have physical stamina and strength due to the physicality of the job
