Job Summary
About the role
As a qualified Contact Lens Optician you will be providing a high level of customer care and expert advice to make a real difference to our customers and keep them coming back. You will work in store across our clinics and the wider store to support the day to day operations reporting to the Store Manager/Hub Manager.
Responsibilities include
Using your passion for delivering patient care youll work with colleagues to deliver a positive customer journey.
Building longstanding relationships not only with colleagues and customers but with healthcare professionals in the local community and explore the opportunities for delivering enhanced services
Using your up to date knowledge of Contact Lens technology and spectacle dispensing to train and develop the wider optical team.
Validating complex prescriptions and vulnerable groups and providing expert knowledge for patients with more specialist requirements.

We are looking for an experienced Contact Lens Optician to join us on a part-time basis working 3 days per week to include Saturdays we are flexible on the weekdays and able to discuss alternate weekend working.
Northwich Boots Opticians has a wonderful team spirit and will always go above and beyond for customers and their colleagues. This store is a Centre of Excellence store which can be rewarding but also means it can be a very busy and fast paced store.
The practice sits in Northwich; a historic market town in Cheshire known for its rich industrial heritage and beautiful riverside scenery. You would also benefit from free parking a short walk from the practice.
