Willetts & Doig Opticians are looking for a passionate Dispensing Optician to lead our friendly award-winning independent practice with the opportunity to become a Joint Venture Partner in the future.

Your Role
Lead and support the team
Manage day-to-day operations
Dispense and fit eyewear offering expert advice
Work closely with optometrists throughout the patient journey
Build lasting patient relationships
What Youll Bring
FBDO (or equivalent)
Excellent communication & patient care skills
Management experience ideal but not essential
Location
Based on Cowes High Street easily accessed via local buses and Red Funnel ferries from Southampton. A charming coastal town with a welcoming relaxed community feel.
