Were looking for an experienced Revenue Management Support Agent to fill this hybrid role which is based out of our Seattle this critical roleyoull be responsiblefor building auditing and maintaining various areas of our POLAR reservations system including voyages and all voyage components system files fare tables pay/penalty records important notifications Taxes Fees and Port Expenses (TF&PE) promotions and all promotion components air tables air discounts Tour Definitions (TDEFs) agencies and all agency components.
Youll review strategic pricing files itineraries promotional action plans and other miscellaneous requests to load data into POLAR for accuracy adherence to brand policies and SOX guidelines and ensure proper support of POLAR/Global Distribution System (GDS)/Web functionality and limitations. Youll also take inbound calls and respond to e-mails in department inboxes troubleshoot reported system errors and test bug fixes and new functionality.
Finally youll coordinate and manage product build timelines and effectively communicate expectations and deadlines to all teams involved. This includes tracking progress and communicating any potential delays to management and following up if necessary to ensure successful completion.
