West Monroe is seeking a seasoned Principal specializing in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced. You will lead the delivery of projects aimed at delivering robust Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.

Whatyoulldo:

  • Lead Sales and Quote to Cash business process review sessions toidentifyuser stories/requirements.
  • Lead SalesforceRevenue Cloud Advancedsolution design sessions from the identified user stories/requirements.
  • Responsible forbuildactivities via configuration on the Salesforce Platform (Sales CloudSalesforce Revenue Cloud AdvancedSalesforce CPQSalesforce Billing).
  • Facilitate unitsystemand end-user testing.
  • Conduct client demonstrations on functionality the team has built
  • Support end-user training and documentation.
  • Manage project status timelines risks for overall project or individual workstream.
  • Participate in business development with prospective clients including solution definition pre-sales estimating negotiating and project planning
  • Drive the development and enhancement of WMPs methodologies and approaches to client delivery and provide thought leadership for internal practice development
  • Manage consultants andparticipateactively in the performance expectation process
  • Understand business needs and requirements and help turn those goals into tangible deliverables including projects and detailed proposals requirements specifications design deliverables statusreportsand project plans
  • Create work plans pricing estimates and risk assessments for prospects
  • Participate in key client relationships and growing those accounts within the practice and cross selling to other areas within West Monroe

Whatyoullbring:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experiencerequired.
  • 6 years experience in Salesforce consulting specifically within the Quote to Cash space.
  • Experience performingSalesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ consulting implementations (CPQ solutions for Apttus Oracle CPQ or other CPQ solutions within Salesforce).
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud Salesforce CPQ/RevenueCloud).
  • Proficient in the process areasofQuote to Cash Product Master Data Management Contract Lifecycle Management.
  • Proficientatleading requirements and design sessions for client stakeholders across the areas of Sales Quote to Cash and/or Marketing.
  • Proficient at managing status timeline and risks at the program or workstream level
  • Proven ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
  • Proficient in documenting requirements and solution design deliverables.
  • A commitment to inclusion and diversity and openness tonew ideasand perspectives.
  • Ability to travel to client-site 30-50%.
