Procurement Coordinator

Location: Mullingar

Salary: Up to 45k doe

Due to continued growth and turnover one of Irelands Tier 1 Main Contractors is seeking a ProcurementCoordinator.

This company have a broad portfolio of successfully completed projects across a range of sectors including Residential Commercial Industrial Healthcare and Pharmaceutical. Most of their workload comes from repeat business as they have a strong reputation for their competitive edge and reliable execution of projects undertaken.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process requisitions and raise purchase orders for materials plant/hire PPE security systems and agency labour.
  • Manage plant certifications and temporary fire control compliance.
  • Coordinate logistics and transport of plant scaffolding and materials between sites.
  • Prepare reports and support other tasks as directed by management.

You will need:

  • 2 years purchasing experience (construction/manufacturing preferred).
  • Skilled in negotiation communication and supplier management.
  • Proficient in Excel and ERP/purchasing systems.
  • Knowledge of construction supply chain advantageous.
  • Proactive independent and collaborative team player.
