Job Summary
Role:Design Coordinator
Client:Leading Residential Developer
Essentials: Degree or Higher Diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology 3 years experience in residential architecture strong CAD skills knowledge of Building Regulations ability to manage technical aspects of pre-construction design.
Location:Onsite; Several location across Dublin available
Salary: Up to 65000

Reporting to:Technical Manager
Our client a leading residential developer is offering an exciting opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to manage and coordinate the design and technical details of their residential projects. Reporting to the Technical Manager this role focuses on overseeing the technical information flow and ensuring that quality and customer satisfaction remain central throughout the design process.
Key responsibilities include managing pre-construction design coordination organising design team meetings and briefing external consultants and subcontractors to align with company standards. Youll chair design workshops oversee the issuance of design guidelines and liaise with in-house teams to ensure technical alignment. Additional duties include coordinating technical documentation from planning permission to construction start maintaining design compliance and exploring new building technologies to bring innovation to projects.
