Pay Range: Starting at $21/hour
Job Description: Your Impact
Are you energized by driving results and making every interaction count As an Appointment Setter youll be the connection point between our customers and our experts elevating customer experiences while keeping our field representatives schedules running with precision.
Job Duties: How You Win Everyday
- Drive results by handling inbound and outbound calls that turn leads into scheduled appointments.
- Own the schedule by coordinating and managing field representatives calendars for maximum efficiency minimal conflicts and on-time appointments.
- Exceed the standard by hitting and surpassing goals for lead conversion appointment retention and customer satisfaction.
- Build trust by communicating clearly and personally with customers.
- Team up for success by collaborating with fellow coordinators and field reps to deliver a seamless high-quality experience.
Qualifications: What You Offer
- Must be at least 18
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience scheduling or coordination responsibilities preferred
- A history of reliable and consistent job longevity
- Pre-employment screening includes but isnt limited to a felony/misdemeanor background check
