Since 2006 the Summer Foundation has worked to create a brighter future for people with disability. Together with partners weve supported more than 7500 young people with disability to live where and how they choose instead of aged care.

ABOUT YOU

Youre a human-centred design innovator a creative and practical problem-solver who thrives in complexity. You want your work to have a purpose shaping solutions that drive lasting change for people with disability. Whether youre building your expertise or already an experienced leader you know how to design with users at the centre collaborate effectively and turn bold ideas into real-world change.

Were interested in hearing from people with skills across innovation design insights analysis and delivery such as:

Design & Innovation Human-centred design service design prototyping testing scaling ideas systems thinking change design.
Insights & Discovery Insight generation user research journey mapping evaluation evidence synthesis.
Analysis & Viability Economic modelling financial/feasibility analysis business case development viability testing.
Collaboration & Delivery Collaborative problem-solving strategic project delivery leading and implementing innovation initiatives.

We especially encourage applications from people with lived experience of disability and value the ability to collaborate effectively with our dedicated co-design team.

Alongside these skills if you bring a mix of curiosity empathy strategic thinking and execution focus wed love to connect.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITIES
