REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 13 years.
- Strong professional experience in contract compliance legal governance or risk management.
- Proven track record of working with global legal teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks internal audits and governance practices.
- Familiarity with ESG data security HR policies and financial compliance processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
- Experience in a global corporate environment with exposure to multi-jurisdictional compliance practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the Global Legal Team to interpret implement and monitor contract compliance requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Internal Audit (Inspire) Finance HR ESG Security and TAP to ensure compliance frameworks are aligned with organizational policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement compliance monitoring mechanisms reporting structures and risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive awareness and training programs to embed compliance culture across the organization.
- Support audits investigations and assessments related to contract compliance.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on compliance risks findings and improvements.
- Ensure compliance practices meet both global and regional regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in LLM/LLB.
