In this role youll play a key part in managing credit exposure driving collections and supporting strategic financial decisions. Youll work closely with internal teams and clients using your analytical skills and relationship-building abilities to make a real impact.
What Youll Do:
Set and monitor credit limits using tools like Bureau van Dijk and 3E
Lead collection activities and build strong client relationships
Resolve queries and support billing and e-billing processes
Monitor and manage bad debt and write-offs
Collaborate across teams to improve financial performance
What Were Looking For:
Experience in a credit control environment (legal sector experience a plus)
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables VLOOKUPs)
Experience with 3E and eBilling portals
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive team-oriented mindset
