Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The Physician & Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Sourcing Specialist is responsible for proactively identifying and generating candidate leads for physician and APP openings across the organization. This role is focused on sourcingfinding candidates through research targeted searches and industry networking. The Specialist builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for physicians and APPs.
- Utilize databases job boards social media and association directories to identify candidates.
- Apply Boolean search advanced filters and data mining techniques to locate talent.
- Research residency/fellowship programs and associations for new graduate pipelines.
- Maintain segmented talent pipelines by specialty and location.
- Conduct competitive market research to identify talent availability.
- Collaborate with recruiters to align sourcing with hiring needs.
- Document leads and track sourcing activity in Greenhouse our ATS/CRM system.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred (Human Resources Business Healthcare Administration).
- 2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience in healthcare (physician/APP preferred).
- Proficient with sourcing tools Boolean search and data-mining techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong written communication abilities.
- Must be local to Atlanta GA within a 35-40mil radius
