Compensation: $120000$150000 bonus

The Role
Were looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to align Sales Marketing and Customer Success around shared goals and bring operational maturity to our GTM engine. This role is hands-on focused on building systems improving processes and delivering insights that drive growth and withstand investor scrutiny.
Responsibilities
- Align GTM strategy KPIs and processes across teams
- Own forecasting dashboards and reporting on pipeline churn LTV CAC
- Manage and optimize CRM automation and CS platforms
- Improve lead routing scoring renewals and customer success workflows
- Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and performance analysis
Qualifications
- 5 years in RevOps SalesOps or similar GTM leadership (SaaS/healthcare preferred)
- Strong CRM/marketing automation expertise (Salesforce preferred)
- Proven data analysis and forecasting skills
- Cross-functional leadership and project management experience
- Bonus: Sales/sales leadership experience an experience with fundraising board reporting or due diligence
