Job Description
Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities:
- Support the SAP FICO workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects ensuring alignment with client financial processes.
- Configure SAP FICO modules including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Asset Accounting and Controlling.
- Participate in client workshops requirement gathering and FIT-GAP analysis.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on WRICEF developments.
- Assist in testing cycles (SIT UAT) data migration and cutover planning.
- Ensure integration with other modules such as MM SD and PP.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7 to 10 years of SAP experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in the Finance domain.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and business process design.
- Good understanding of Universal Journal Financial Closing Cockpit and Reporting in S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
- Exposure to SAP BTP Fiori apps and RISE with SAP is a plus.
- Cross-module integration experience with MM SD and PP.
Certifications:
- Required: SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification
- Preferred: SAP Activate Project Manager (Associate Level)
Educational Background:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Engineering or related field ( MBA CA etc.)
