Those in SAP Customer at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyse client requirements implement CRM software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP CRM applications. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise customer relationship management processes enhance customer satisfaction and achieve their strategic objectives.Enhancing your leadership style you motivate develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching leveraging team members unique strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

The Opportunity

Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Business Application Consulting team you you help clients enhance the benefits of their SAP resources by providing thorough consulting system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications products and technologies. As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for achieving project success and maintaining exemplary standards while leveraging your knowledge of SAP Transportation Management Hybris Billing and S/4HANA functionalities to deliver exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teams to deliver SAP consulting services
- Oversee client accounts providing exceptional service and satisfaction

- Mentor and develop junior staff fostering their professional growth

- Maintain adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance SAP utilization
- Embrace and promote innovative technologies and methodologies
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Experience in leading small to moderate size teams
- Experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) Hybris Billing (BRIM) C4C - Sales/Service/Marketing Hybris Commerce
- Experience in Activate Methodology
- Experience in JIRA HP ALM and other PMO tools
