Job Summary

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

Lead the SAP BASIS team in managing the technical landscape for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
Oversee system installations upgrades migrations and patch management across SAP environments.
Manage SAP environments across development quality pre-production and production systems.
Define and implement environment strategy including refresh cycles transport management and cutover planning.
Collaborate with infrastructure cloud and security teams to ensure system availability performance and compliance.
Support RISE with SAP GROW with SAP and SAP BTP deployments and integrations.
Monitor and optimize system performance job scheduling and interface stability.
Ensure adherence to change management incident management and release management processes.
Provide technical leadership during go-lives disaster recovery drills and system audits.
Mentor junior BASIS consultants and contribute to technical knowledge sharing and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

10 to 12 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration with at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
Strong expertise in: SAP S/4HANA system architecture SAP HANA database administration Transport Management System (TMS)
SAP Solution Manager / Focused Run
Experience with SAP on Cloud (AWS Azure GCP) and SAP BTP.
Familiarity with SAP Landscape Management (LaMa) and SAP Maintenance Planner.
Strong understanding of clean core principles system extensibility and technical upgrade planning.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP Certified Technology Associate SAP S/4HANA System Administration.
Experience in regulated industries (e.g. Life Sciences Banking Utilities).
Exposure to DevOps automation tools and monitoring platforms (e.g. Grafana Prometheus).

Educational Background:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or related field.
