Job Description
Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities:
- Lead the SAP BASIS team in managing the technical landscape for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Oversee system installations upgrades migrations and patch management across SAP environments.
- Manage SAP environments across development quality pre-production and production systems.
- Define and implement environment strategy including refresh cycles transport management and cutover planning.
- Collaborate with infrastructure cloud and security teams to ensure system availability performance and compliance.
- Support RISE with SAP GROW with SAP and SAP BTP deployments and integrations.
- Monitor and optimize system performance job scheduling and interface stability.
- Ensure adherence to change management incident management and release management processes.
- Provide technical leadership during go-lives disaster recovery drills and system audits.
- Mentor junior BASIS consultants and contribute to technical knowledge sharing and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration with at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong expertise in: SAP S/4HANA system architecture SAP HANA database administration Transport Management System (TMS)
- SAP Solution Manager / Focused Run
- Experience with SAP on Cloud (AWS Azure GCP) and SAP BTP.
- Familiarity with SAP Landscape Management (LaMa) and SAP Maintenance Planner.
- Strong understanding of clean core principles system extensibility and technical upgrade planning.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Certified Technology Associate SAP S/4HANA System Administration.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g. Life Sciences Banking Utilities).
- Exposure to DevOps automation tools and monitoring platforms (e.g. Grafana Prometheus).
Educational Background:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or related field.
