Job Description
Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the SAP enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the Enterprise design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA across multiple modules and integrated systems
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Ensure integration of SAP with other enterprise systems (CRM SCM BI etc.).
- Govern SAP architecture standards best practices and documentation.
- Evaluate emerging SAP technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SAP project teams and solution architects.
- Oversee SAP system upgrades migrations and performance tuning.
- Ensure compliance with security regulatory and data governance standards.
- Support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
Required Experience:
- 15 years of experience in SAP architecture including at least 3 years in a lead or enterprise architect role.
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO MM SD PP BW etc.) and integration points.
- Experience with cloud platforms (SAP BTP Azure AWS GCP) and hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF Zachman etc.).
- Experience in large-scale SAP transformation or greenfield/brownfield implementations.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering
- SAP Certified Technology Associate or SAP Certified Application Associate (e.g. S/4HANA SAP BTP).
- TOGAF Certification or equivalent enterprise architecture certification is highly preferred.
