Our client is seeking a Technical Cold Email & Lead Generation Specialist who can expertly manage their outbound systems and ensure strong sales pipeline performance. This role requires someone highly technical not just a typical lead gen VA with hands-on experience in domains deliverability and precision-based B2B data sourcing.
In this position you will oversee the full outbound email infrastructure ensuring that domains are properly warmed deliverability stays high and campaigns run smoothly. Youll also handle targeted B2B lead sourcing data verification and campaign execution to support a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities
Manage outreach domains including purchasing warming and configuring SPF DKIM and DMARC.
Maintain top-tier email deliverability (90% inbox placement and <10% bounce rate).
Source high-quality B2B leads via and LinkedIn based on strict filters (construction & medical industries 5100 employees $500K$10M revenue).
Clean validate and organize lead data for upload.
Build and manage Instantly campaigns with multi-step touch sequences.
Forward positive lead replies to the sales representative daily.
Prepare weekly performance dashboards covering delivery open reply and positive response rates.
Requirements
Proven experience in domain setup email warming and deliverability optimization.
Strong expertise in B2B lead sourcing and data verification.
Familiarity with Instantly or similar tools.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with confidence managing technical outreach processes.
