Job Summary:
The HR Executive provides day-to-day support in HR operations across all divisions. This includes recruitment employee documentation payroll support and training coordination. The role requires adaptability to manage both on-ground operational staff (ferry crew jetty operators) and corporate staff (finance telco logistics).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment including advertising roles screening candidates scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records contracts certifications and work permits where necessary.
- Assist in payroll preparation allowances and overtime management.
- Coordinate training programs focused on safety (marine/telco) customer service and compliance.
- Support employee engagement activities across multiple business units.
- Assist in ensuring company-wide HR compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR Management Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years HR experience.
- Knowledge of shift-based workforce scheduling an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with marine or logistics companies.
- Familiarity with HRDF claims and training programs.
