Job Summary

Job Summary:
The HR Executive provides day-to-day support in HR operations across all divisions. This includes recruitment employee documentation payroll support and training coordination. The role requires adaptability to manage both on-ground operational staff (ferry crew jetty operators) and corporate staff (finance telco logistics).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment including advertising roles screening candidates scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records contracts certifications and work permits where necessary.
  • Assist in payroll preparation allowances and overtime management.
  • Coordinate training programs focused on safety (marine/telco) customer service and compliance.
  • Support employee engagement activities across multiple business units.
  • Assist in ensuring company-wide HR compliance with statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR Management Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years HR experience.
  • Knowledge of shift-based workforce scheduling an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with marine or logistics companies.
  • Familiarity with HRDF claims and training programs.
