Im currently working with the brilliant team at one of Londons most loved independent caf groups to find an exceptional Venue Manager for one of their top-performing locations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer service-focused commercially minded leader someone who thrives in a fast-paced premium caf or restaurant setting and is passionate about delivering consistently high standards of food service and most importantly coffee.
The Role
This isnt your average caf manager job. The site currently turns over 1 million annually and the goal is to scale that to 1.5 million. To achieve that we need someone proactive sharp and ready to take ownership of the full operation from the customer journey to the P&L.
As Venue Manager youll lead a team of talented baristas and front-of-house staff manage day-to-day operations and play a vital role in driving sales and delivering the kind of guest experience that keeps people coming back.
Key Details
Basic Salary:
OTE: (realistic and achievable)
Bonus: 5000 post-probation bonus if KPIs are met (probation 3 months)
Hours: Core hours are 7:30am4:00pm with flexibility required
Location: Balham
What Were Looking For
A strong background in high-quality cafs or restaurants ideally with experience running a busy site or a senior leadership role.
Someone hands-on with coffee youll need to know your flat whites from your filters and be able to lead by example on the machine.
A genuine passion for customer service this role is all about hospitality community and creating experiences people love.
Commercially switched-on: You understand how to hit targets drive spend-per-head and manage a P&L.
A natural leader: You know how to build coach and inspire teams.
A calm proactive problem-solver who thrives on getting stuck in and making things happen.
