Integration Manager Major Infrastructure Programme

Join a flagship Major Programme delivering new floating and shore-based infrastructure to support submarine engineering operations. This role leads integration across a complex tranche of work within one of the UKs top government programmes.
The Role
As Integration Manager you will lead an integrated multi-disciplinary team ensuring all delivery agents work to a common plan schedule and set of requirements. You will drive alignment across tranches support programme delivery and deputise for the Programme Manager when required.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership
Provide credible leadership to delivery agents and integrated teams.
Promote collaboration positive culture and inclusive working.
Coach teams on programme management best practice.
Manage performance capability development and compliance.
Support and deputise for the Programme Manager.
Programme Delivery & Integration
Monitor progress resolve issues and drive corrective actions.
Maintain alignment across tranches with a credible affordable schedule.
Ensure common requirements WBS assumptions and integrated planning.
Track milestones KPIs and performance metrics.
Support project controls financial planning and business case inputs.
Own tranche-level benefits and reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships across HMNB Clyde Navy Command DIO MoD and delivery partners.
Support an integrated project team approach and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications :
Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
Leadership experience within large or complex delivery programmes.
Strong ability to deliver in structured environments and solve problems creatively.
Proven success leading virtual or cross-functional teams.
Effective stakeholder management across complex organisations.
Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Chartered status or equivalent professional accreditation.
Desirable:
Experience delivering in regulated environments.
Knowledge of the defence or security sector.
Commitment to using established project management methodologies.
MSP PRINCE2 Practitioner or similar project/programme management qualifications.
