Salary:36860.39 per annum Overtime & Bonus Opportunities
Hours:48-hour week 4 days on 3 days off Paid lunch breaks
What Youll Do as aTeam Support Officer
As a key member of ourBranch Management Team youll be the operational heartbeat of our Dagenham Branch. Youll support everything from staffing and security to vehicle management and customer liaison ensuring smooth safe and efficient operations every day.
Your impact will include:
- Supporting frontline operations and Cash-In-Transit (CIT) duties
- Managing stock equipment PPE and vehicle logistics
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and audit standards
- Assisting with HR tasks training and performance tracking
- Producing reports and analysing branch performance data
- Deputising for the Team Leader when required

What You Bring
- A full UK manual driving licence
- SIA CIT licence (desirable but well fund your training if needed!)
- Experience in supervision training or customer service
- Knowledge of the cash-in-transit industry is a plus but not essential
- IT literacy and confidence in using Microsoft Office
- A proactive can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills
