Our fast-paced collaborative clinic in Greenville TX is dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential through creative play-based occupational therapy. Position Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate loves working with children thinks outside the box and is eager to make a difference through play. Youll assess plan and implement individualized therapy sessions in a setting that blends clinical excellence with imaginative kid-friendly fun.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for pediatric clients
- Develop creative functional treatment plans tailored to each childs developmental needs
- Work closely with families caregivers and other therapists to support carryover of skills
- Maintain accurate documentation progress notes and reports in a timely manner
- Participate in team meetings parent conferences and collaborative care planning
- Create an engaging and supportive environment that encourages confidence and independence
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Texas OT license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous pediatric experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply!)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for making therapy fun and purposeful
