JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the smooth operation of all retail food service needs. Provides direct supervision of Food Service Associates. Provides staff relief as needed. Assists Department Director with hiring orientation and training new employees. Provides input into the department annual budget.JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
-High School Diploma or General Studies Required
Certification & Licensures:
-ServSafe certification
Experience:
-Three years institutional/acute care food service management experience preferred.
