Senior Underwriter Professional Indemnity
Your new role
- Underwrite business following the business plan and regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and delivery of the annual business plan.
- Apply a Reinsurance Strategy to safeguard the portfolio.
- Contribute to meetings to share knowledge and best practices.
- Promote the department division and company to maximise brand leverage.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
- Continually develop technical knowledge and expertise.
- Ensure accurate recording of insurance risks and compliance with regulations.
About you
- Professional Indemnity underwriting experience
- Deep knowledge of local market in the Professional Indemnity segment
- Strong organizational analytical and prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal negotiating and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and use for decision-making
- Strong attention to detail
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
