Job Summary
Your responsibilities
- Project Leadership & Execution: Lead projects end-to-end managing scope schedule budget quality HSE and all phases from design to commissioning. Develop plans monitor progress and address risks proactively.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients executives partners and internal teams; act as primary contact and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage project teams fostering collaboration assigning roles strategically and ensuring accountability and high performance.
- Contract Risk & Financial Management: Understand and enforce contractual obligations mitigate risks manage budgets forecast and ensure projects are delivered within financial KPIs.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure deliverables meet contractual and organizational standards manage engineering interfaces implement quality control measures and perform project audits.
Qualifications :
Your experiences
- Engineering degree (civil mechanical energy or environmental) with 7 years experience in energy renewables or environmental technology.
- Experience in interdisciplinary project teams and coordinating diverse roles.
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages a plus.
- Strong communication negotiation and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites in Italy and abroad.
