Responsibilities

The Senior Product Management Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of innovative insurance solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the market. This position is responsible for managing both existing and newly developed products throughout their entire life cycle. A key aspect of the role is fostering the growth and professional development of junior underwriting professionals by providing mentorship guidance and training to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Additionally the Senior Product Management Analyst designs and delivers comprehensive internal product training programs that empower staff with the technical knowledge and tools required to excel in a competitive and rapidly changing industry landscape. Success in this role relies on the ability to think outside the box create impactful solutions and consistently add value. Serving as a trusted referral authority the Senior Product Management Analyst combines strategic oversight with hands-on engagement to drive results and elevate team performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including actuarial claims operations and marketing to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends regulatory changes and competitive landscape to ensure our products remain competitive and compliant.
  • Oversee the performance of existing products utilizing data-driven insights to guide product improvements and new developments.
  • Ability to structure policy terms and endorsements ensuring clarity compliance and creativity.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on underwriting performance and trends for senior management.
  • Participate in the development and enhancement of innovative insurance products and risk transfer vehicles.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior underwriters fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Support Underwriting initiatives as needed (i.e. speaking on panels authoring white papers and developing case studies for publication or presentations).

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in underwriting product management claims or legal with a focus on Professional Lines Cyber Liability or Commercial General Liability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong collaborative teamwork skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various departments within the Company.
  • Innovative mindset and a strong desire to learn to make a positive impact.
  • Coursework toward applicable designation(s) for example CPCU RPLU ASLI ARM CPLP
  • Travel up to 30%.
  • This is an in-person role with a hybrid schedule with most of the workweek spent onsite at one of Admirals office locations.

The company offers a competitive compensation plan and robust benefits package for full time regular employees which for this role includes:

Base Salary Range: $120000 - $140000

The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors including the scope complexity and location of the role; the skills education training credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.

Eligible to participate in the annual discretionary bonus program.
