You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Department of Finance and Administrative Services (FAS) is seeking qualified candidates to fill theCity of Seattle ADA Title II Coordinator position. As the ADA Title II Coordinator youwill perform and lead ADA efforts across City departments ensuringCity programs and services are equally accessible and usable to people living with will be responsible for daily front-line ADA program work such as responding to public inquiries complaints and accommodation requests guiding departments on complaint responses and other support issues and generally supporting the program lead. You will coordinate the ADA Program Compliance Team (PCT) facilitate ADA Workgroups and assist City teams in policy setting coordination and training for ADA Title II position resides within the FAS Directors Office.

FAS is often the publics first interaction with the City of Seattle operating as a customer-focused front door that assists with everything from paying utilities or reporting a pothole to requesting public information or even adopting a new pet.
The 500-plus employees of FAS span across 10 divisions and work behind-the-scenes providing critical functions like managing 120 City facilitiesincluding police and fire stationsoverseeing the Citys neighborhood customer service centers and Customer Service Bureau and making sure minority-owned businesses can equitably compete for City contracts. You have significant experience in ADA Title II abidance and working with people who have disabilities. You have the ability to promote and model equal access to diverse audiences. Specifically youll be prepared to take on this role if you have:

This position is classified as a Strategic Advisor 2 Exempt. The full salary range for this job classification is $54.60 - $81.93 per hour. This position is FLSA exempt (not eligible for overtime).
