Tasks
- Manage product lifecycle from concept registration and launch through to discontinuation ensuring compliance with both corporate standards and local regulations.
- Oversee regulatory submissions labeling and certification processes for health nutrition and cosmetic products.
- Collaborate with Supplier marketing and sales teams to adapt global products to local market needs and ensure timely approvals.
- Monitor changes in local and EU regulatory frameworks ensuring all products meet compliance requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure quality standards across product categories.
- Support distributor network with product knowledge compliance guidance and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain compliance reports ensuring alignment with company policies and regional regulations.
- Execute all compliance and product-related projects delegated from the regional office.
Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy Chemistry Law Business Administration or equivalent education.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in product management regulatory affairs or compliance ideally in FMCG health products or direct selling industry.
- Solid knowledge of Turkish regulatory frameworks and product registration processes.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English (written and spoken).
- High attention to detail integrity and problem-solving mindset.
