Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and technically minded Product Owner to join our team in Istanbul. This role will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of key products working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions and clarifications
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Align product roadmap with strategic goals and market trends
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or banking
- Familiarity with data analytics APIs and cloud technologies
- Certification in Agile Scrum or Product Ownership (e.g. CSPO)
