Internship in Marketing & Event Management in Quantum Computing Start-Up

Dealing at the forefront of the cutting-edge Quantum Computing technology Kipu Quantum is looking for a motivated Intern (m/f/d) to support our marketing team from 01. - 30.11.2025 (1 month) in organizing and executing an B2B event (Programming Challenge).

The focus of this position is on executing marketing activities and on supporting in event planning.

Tasks

• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities for a big B2B event (Quantum Computing Programming Challenge)
• Support the organization and implementation of the closing event
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. marketing project management) and external partners
• Prepare and maintain presentations communication materials and event documentation
• Support project management tasks including timelines budgets and task tracking

Requirements

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) preferably in Event Management Business Administration or Digital Media
• Strong organizational skills with a structured and proactive approach
• Interest in marketing project work and event management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges
• Fluency in English and German
