Role Summary
You will own paid acquisition across Meta Google and TikTok manage tracking and reporting and drive predictable lead volume for our tech-career programs funded by Agentur für Arbeit.
Tasks
Paid Acquisition
- Plan launch and optimize lead-gen campaigns across Meta Google TikTok
- Manage TOFU/MOFU/BOFU funnels across multiple programs (Orientation Mentoring SAP ServiceNow AWS etc.)
- Build and test creatives; brief UGC creators and editors; ensure fast and cost-effective content production
- Manage budgets pacing and KPIs (CPL CPA quality)
Data Tracking & Analytics
- Maintain tracking setups across all platforms and Pipedrive
- Ensure clean UTM flow from landing pages to CRM
- Troubleshoot pixels events and CAPI issues
- Build and maintain Looker/Sheets dashboards (ads CRM)
Report on performance attribution and funnel conversion
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Align with Sales on lead quality
- Coordinate with Program Managers and Partners on new launches
- Support the launch of webinars and landing pagesWork closely with the Social Media team to align content messaging and creative needs across paid and organic
Requirements
Requirements
- Strong experience in Meta Google TikTok performance marketing (minimum of 2 years)
- Proven experience in lead generation funnel management and tracking leads accurately in CRM platforms.
- Solid tracking attribution skills (UTMs pixels CAPI events)
- A creative eye for hooks storytelling and high-performing ad angles
- Experience writing short-form ad scripts and briefing content creators
- Independent driven and confident taking full ownership of campaigns with no supervision
- Hands-on entrepreneurial mentality someone who can figure things out move fast in a startup environment and confidently outsource tasks if needed.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Pipedrive
- Familiarity with Bildungsgutschein-funded programs
- Comfort working with UGC creatorsBasic understanding of tech-career pathways
