Job Description

We are looking for our office in Weil am Rhein as soon as possiblefor you to join our accounts receivable department. The position is fixed term for 24 months.

Your Responsibilities

  • You book all relevant business transactions for the bank.
  • The processing of direct debit runs is part of your area of responsibility
  • You take over the clarification of payment differences
  • You are responsible for account maintenance
  • You take over the payment processing of our end customer online business

Your Profile

  • You have completed commercial training with initial experience in accounts receivable accounting. The position is also suitable for career starters or career changers who would like to get started in accounts receivable accounting
  • Ideally you have knowledge of English
  • Your work style is characterised by a high degree of reliability and attention to detail
  • You are familiar with the MS Office package
