Job Summary
Drive revenue growth for a major retail player by leading our strategic accounts. This role is about more than sales; its about crafting innovative media solutions that deliver undeniable value to our most important partners and leading a team to do the same
Lead a sales team to smash ambitious revenue targets across a diverse suite of media channels
Develop sophisticated data-backed media proposals grounded in campaign performance insights
Partner with buying teams and category managers to uncover and capitalize on new revenue opportunities
Maintain rigorous forecasting and pipeline management to ensure targets are met
Provide expert sales coaching and deal structuring support to elevate the entire team
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Senior-level experience in media sales retail or marketing
A demonstrable track record of delivering significant commercial growth
Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and translate it into compelling sales arguments
