Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part timeequity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends Autheo and the WFO Creator Network along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months following ournode tokensales or funding.
POSITION: SENIOR AI ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities
Develop fine-tune and deployLLMsfor large-scale applications.
ImplementRAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)pipelines for real-world use cases.
Work withvLLMfor high-performance inference and deployment.
Build distributed training & inference pipelines usingRayandKubeRay.
Integrate and scale vector database for AI-native applications.
LeverageKubeAI Kubernetes and Terraformto design and manage AI infrastructure.
Architect deploy and manageMCP Serversandintelligent AI agents.
Contribute tomodel training optimization and evaluationworkflows.
Collaborate with DevOps to ensure scalable and reliable infrastructure.
Applyblockchain knowledge (Cosmos SDK smart contracts decentralized infra)for AIWeb3 integrations.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience working onLLMs (training fine-tuning inference and optimization).
Strong hands-on expertise withvLLM RAG pipelines Ray and KubeRay.
Proficiency in managingAI infrastructure with Kubernetes KubeAI and Terraform.
Experience withvector databases.
Strong background inmodel training workflows and scalable AI infra design.
Knowledge ofMCP servers agents and orchestration frameworks.
Familiarity withblockchain platforms especially Cosmos SDK.
Solid programming skills inPython Go or Rust.
Nice to Have
Prior experience contributing toopen-source AI/Blockchain projects.
Knowledge ofGPU drivers distributed systems and cloud-native infra.
Familiarity withsecurity quality assurance and monitoring for AI infra.
