Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Mammography Technologist to join our growing imaging team in The Woodlands Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about providing high-quality breast imaging services in a supportive patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mammography exams accurately and efficiently following established protocols
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during all imaging procedures
- Maintain and operate mammography and radiology equipment properly
- Review images for quality and work with radiologists to ensure accurate results
- Assist with quality control and preparation for audits including Joint Commission inspections
- Support scheduling and workflow to optimize patient experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist
- Graduate of an accredited school of Mammography Technology
- Current Texas Medical Board Mammography License (MRT) or temporary license
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT-R)
- Registered Mammography Technologist (ARRT-M)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with patient scheduling and workflow management
- Familiarity with quality reviews and preparation for Joint Commission audits
