Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson MD is recruiting for 2 Customer Service Representative positions located in Stockholm.

Do you want to deliver operational excellence and drive our customer experience The Supply Chain Deliver Nordic Customer Service team is looking for key talents who easily adapt to change and are keen to drive development within our organisation. We strive to meet the needs of our customers on a daily basis constantly delivering with high quality and service while keeping the patient our number one priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order handling for all order types from order to delivery
  • Follow up on orders warehouse and transportation
  • Return handling
  • Invoicing and credits
  • Corrective Action Reporting of all damaged good warehouse mistakes and transportation errors
  • Respond to customer requests via phone and e-mail
  • Develop and maintain good customer relations
  • Work together with the sales representatives to give our customers the best service
  • Respect and work within the J&J Business Conduct Policy and the J&J Credo and represent J&J in a professional and ethical way in all situations

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Eduction

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Validated experience in Salesforce Cisco Jabber Oracle JDE 8.12 Pagero & Esker
  • Experience from e-order handling
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PP)
  • Positive approach and demeanor
  • Collaboration oriented approach
  • Takes ownership of his/her work
  • Service minded
  • Solid experience within customer service

Preferred:

  • Experience from working with projects
  • Knowledge of the Nordic Med Tech business and customers
  • Product knowledge of the J&J Medical Devices portfolio
  • Experience from working in call centre or similar

Other:

  • Language requirements speaking and writing in Swedish Norwegian or Swedish Finnish is applicable.
  • Good knowledge in English written and spoken.
