The Vanderlande HR organization has a global presence with global HR Business Partners and with local HR officers delivering HR service to the business. Our Centres of Expertise are active globally in advising supporting and enabling the HR service delivery. As a Senior leader in HR Technology you will be part of the Enabling Functions transformation team. The enabling functions at Vanderlande consist of HR Finance ICT and Legal.
With your high-impact team you are responsible for the vision design configuration and optimization of Workday Human Capital Management and other HR applications. This role combines your strategic leadership with effective implementation skills and drive with a transformational spirit.
You demonstrate your deep HR expertise of HR processes with effective HR systems lifecycle management. You will act as the primary liaison between the functions withing the enabling function HR Finance and ICT and the customers (employees) of the Enabling functions translating complex organizational needs into effective this context you will drive the roadmap for HR technology to optimize solutions to the maximum using leading edge solutions and enable world-class customer experience.
You have a deep understanding of the Global Business Services concept and the role of you and your team in our tiered Service delivery model as one of the last stages of escalation.
You will report to the Global Process Owner Hire-to-retire who also oversees Business Process Experts and the HR Product Manager Analytics.

This position offers a competitive salary range of 6281 to 8525 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
