In this role you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance the software components in the assigned Software Engineering function in one or more of platform and application management. Each day you provide accurate project schedule estimates and ensures their successful completion within the deadline. You will also showcase your expertise by demonstrating good proficiency in software engineering in their own area of competence.

This role is contributing to the Motion Business in Bangalore India.
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Developer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing software using C# .NET and SQL with a keen eye for UI/UX design and development. Experience as an IT Solution Architect is a plus. We are also seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about exploring low-code/no-code and AI application development in the future.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Design develop and maintain software applications using C# .NET and SQL including intuitive and responsive user interfaces with a focus on user experience (UI/UX).
Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design coding testing and deployment. Ensure code quality scalability and maintainability through best practices.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to analyse backlog and deliver solutions. Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories and document them.
Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and reviews.
Contribute to architectural decisions and provide input on best practices.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends especially in the field of low-code/no-code and AI application development.
Explore opportunities for AI integration in future product development.
Qualifications for the role :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field with 5-8 years of experience in software development using C# .NET and SQL.
Proficiency in database design and optimization.
Strong understanding of user-centered design and accessibility standards. Proficiency in UI/UX design principles including wireframing prototyping and responsive design and experience in implementing user-centric designs.
Experience with HTML CSS JavaScript frontend frameworks and design tools like Figma.
Fluent in English. Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Interest or experience in AI technologies and applications. Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Apps.
