Job Summary

The EMEA Warehouse Leader is responsible for all warehousing activities within the EMEA region.
The key purpose of the role is to ensure the efficient safe and cost-effective flow of goods throughout the network as well as maintaining and managing accurate inventory and stock levels. As a member of the Spare Parts department s/he is expected to be a team player in the continual improvement of the service.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:


Manage all internal logistics

Define strategy for warehousing in EMEA

Define and follow EMEA Warehouse management KPIs

Manage and drive Customer Satisfaction levels

Enable customer operations through spare parts availability and management

Manage the continual improvement: centralization alignment and standardization of SP end to end processes

Collaborate with all other teams within the Spare Parts team

Be the primary point of escalation for all warehouse locations mainly in Germany and UK but also the other consolidations units within the region.

Manage warehousing partners to ensure that KPIs are met and service levels are at the highest level

Ensure availability of parts throughout the network

Your Qualifications

Technical competences:
Health and Safety awareness
Tools and process to manage Spare Parts
Demonstrable track record in demand planning and Inventory Management


Personal competences:

Leadership
Ability to Analyze
Customer Focus
Good communication skills must be able to influence.
Analytical ability in problem solving.
Team Player who is supportive and collaborative

Ownership & Decision Taking
At least 5 years experience in a similar role
Experience of working cross-culturally
Degree/MBA qualified or similar level of qualification
Demonstrable track record in managing people and teams
Experience of warehousing operations and inventory management
