Job Summary

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant In this position you will work in an exciting fast-paced global environment. As our new Executive Assistant you will handle confidential information and maintain professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars planning and organizing events of all sizes and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.
This position will manage and support all the administrative tasks at senior management level.
The position is based in Bogota Colombia and report to Managing Director of Andean.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As Executive Assistant you will:

  • Manage administrative tasks for the Managing Director of Andean
  • Plan organize coordinate and support execution of management meetings organizational meetings events and similar activities.
  • Perform general office support to the department (including Microsoft Office requests)
  • Travel planning and management.
  • Finance/Cost management.
  • Manage delegation of tasks
  • Lead business administration projects.

We believe you have

  • Bachelors degree
  • Bilingual: Fluent English (written and spoken) and Spanish
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience
  • Great knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word Power Point)
  • Good organization prioritization and planning skills
  • High service orientation
  • Driven and proactive work style
  • Great communication skills
