About the role
PopStroke is seeking a high-energy creative strategic and well-connected Director of Influencer & Social Marketing to lead our influencer and social media ecosystem. This role will be responsible for building our brand awareness nationally and regionally and through influencer partnerships social media growth celebrity collaborations and content-led storytelling. Youll drive visibility relevance and cultural impact for our brand by developing high-impact programs and events that resonate online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy and Management
- Influencer & Creator Strategy
- Develop and own the national and local influencer marketing strategy across macro micro and nano tiers
- Cultivate relationships with key creators tastemakers and digital trendsetters to align with brand goals
- Oversee end-to-end influencer campaignsfrom outreach and negotiation to content approvals and performance reporting
Social Media Growth & Content Strategy
- Drive platform-specific growth strategies for Instagram TikTok YouTube and emerging platforms
- Lead a content-first approach: planning producing and scaling authentic on-brand content that engages and converts
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams to develop a unified voice and aesthetic across all social platforms
Celebrity & Brand Collaborations
- Identify and activate strategic celebrity talent and entertainment partnerships to elevate the brand
- Execute integrated campaigns including limited-time offers product drops and event-based collaborations
- Lead negotiations contracts and partnership management with high-profile talent and their teams
Influencer Events & IRL Moments
- Concept produce and execute buzzworthy influencer and press eventsvenue openings curated events pop-ups etc.
- Build memorable brand moments that translate to both social amplification and real-world community building
- Manage event budgets timelines and guest lists ensuring top-tier execution
Measurement & Optimization
- Track KPIs including reach engagement impressions conversions and earned media value.
- Use insights to optimize influencer performance and content strategy in real time.
- Partner with analytics and digital teams to connect influencer content to business outcomes
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
Qualifications:
- 7 years in influencer marketing social media and/or talent management
- Deep relationships with influencer networks talent agencies and celebrity reps
- Proven success scaling influencer programs and social followings in consumer food fashion or lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of content trends internet culture and community building
- Exceptional creative instincts and a sharp eye for high-performing content
- Excellent negotiation communication and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of the golf industry and enthusiasm for the sport is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel within the U.S.
