For the past decade Sievo has been growing about 30% a year on a profitable basis and over the past five years we have executed a highly successful expansion into the US market that we want to continue further. Our client portfolio features globally known companies such as Kelloggs Levis and T-Mobile and is continuously 2022 we raised a $44 million growth investment from the US-based Susquehanna Growth Equity to further accelerate our growth in our key markets including the US.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a talented Head of Growth Marketing to join Sievos global Marketing team of 20. Youll be our first marketing manager based in the US leading our global Growth Marketing strategy existing growth marketing team and efforts with the goal of driving a qualified sales pipeline and top-line revenue growth.

For this role we are seeking a strategic thinker and a doer with a proven track record of implementing successful data-driven growth marketing strategies in the B2B SaaS space. Youre a hands-on leader who can balance strategic vision with tactical execution and ensure alignment of marketing activities with company goals and objectives. You lead by example and you dont shy away from doing hands-on work yourself. You will be responsible for all Growth Marketing initiatives including planning executing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels in paid owned and earned addition you are responsible for overseeing the analytics reporting and ROI of growth initiatives and fostering efficient cross-functional work shared success. This is a full-time and global role in which youll be reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing member of Sievos management team based out of Chicago in 2026.

What youll get to do as our Head of Growth Marketing:

• Growth Marketing strategy and execution: Develop and carry out a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that drives pipeline and revenue impact amongst our ICP of enterprise accounts. You will manage both new client acquisition as well as expansion of revenue growth strategies and execution across various marketing channels. You will directly oversee existing Performance Marketing Website Development Marketing Operations Demand Generation and Event Marketing domains whilst building the team as we grow. While you can derive best practices from your past experiences you can cater to Sievo specific context.
• Leading by example: Hire coach and directly manage a high-performing growth marketing team as well as manage our 3rd party agency and freelancer relationships in the growth marketing domain.
• Marketing ROI and reporting: Analyze and report on the performance and ROI of marketing initiatives their connection to revenue funnel and determine areas of investment in the growth marketing domain. You will provide regular reports and insights to leadership and GTM teams on marketing ROI.
• Marketing innovation and experimentation: Design and execute data-driven experiments to test and optimize various marketing channels and tactics. Youll recommend and discover untapped areas of growth double down on the most important growth drivers and identify initiatives to start continue and stop doing.
• Work and win together as a team: Effortlessly collaborate cross-functionally with other revenue teams including the wider marketing team sales customer success and revenue operations teams to ensure alignment and maximize revenue impact.
• Marketing Technology and trends: Identify and leverage new and emerging platforms tools and trends to drive growth and innovation. You love staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in GTM motions(Yes. AI)

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in various growth marketing domains including digital marketing performance marketing web development demand generation marketing operations in B2B SaaS context. Our expectation is that you have a solid base understanding of all the above while possessing a deeper understanding of some of the above.
• Proven track record of leading scaling and coaching high performing marketing teams
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset: capability to create and understand marketing contributions to sales and revenue figures and making meaningful analysis on key numbers.
• Proficiency in various MarTech solutions: marketing automation tools CRM/CMS systems such as Salesforce and Hubspot and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely for various audiences.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally with other revenue teams including Sales & Customer Success and Revenue Operations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented nature with a passion for driving business growth and customer success.

What we consider as an advantage in this role:

• Experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS GTM motions with high sales touch
• Understanding of Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management or related fields
• While we are open to candidates across the US we have a preference over candidates based in Chicago IL where our US office is located

While you are based out of the US you are prepared to collaborate with existing team members based in Europe over a time zone difference. This role will require periodic travel to Europe multiple times per year.

Salary range: $120000 - $170000

The salary will be determined based on the chosen candidates experience and qualifications for the position.
