Position: Mortgage Client Care Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being a steady reliable guide for clients navigating the mortgage process. As aMortgage Client Care Specialist youll be a friendly voice and organized mind behind the scenes while keeping communication flowing documentation on track and clients informed every step of the way. This individual will also be cross-trained in construction lending giving you a chance to expand your skills and contribute to specialized operations. If youre detail-oriented service-driven and thrive in a collaborative environment wed love to meet you. This position is open to candidates located near any First Service Bank branch and offers the ability to work from the branch closest to them within a 30-mile radius.
What Youll Do:
- Be the go-to contact for mortgage clients guiding them through the loan process.
- Coordinate communication between clients loan officers underwriters and closing agents.
- Manage loan documentation and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support construction lending by handling draw requests and inspection coordination.
- Uphold compliance standards and contribute to operational efficiency.
- Represent First Service Bank in the community and promote our full range of services.

- Have 12 years of experience in mortgage lending banking operations or customer service. Were open to training individuals with strong customer service skills and a passion for learning.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED (college degree in related field bonus points)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to be cross-trained in construction draw and inspection processes.
- A passion for doing things the right wayand finding ways to make them even better
