This individual will collaborate with stakeholders and ensure alignment with security best practices and regulatory requirements.
Job Scope
- Assist in leading the IAM team developing strategies and implementing IAM solutions.
- Oversee user access rights provisioning and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Respond to security incidents conduct investigations and enhance IAM processes.
- Work with departments to meet IAM needs deliver training and promote security awareness.
- Support audits analyze IAM metrics and oversee IAM tool selection and integration.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelors in Computer Science Information Security or related field; CISSP CISM CISA preferred.
- Working knowledge of IAM frameworks Active Directory SSO MFA and regulatory standards (e.g. NIST).
- Strong team leadership problem-solving and communication skills.
- Commitment to staying updated on IAM trends and best practices.
