With a global footprint spanning 195 countries approximately 100000 companies and 140 million end users (equivalent to about 1 in 50 people globally) we are now moving forward into the cloud SaaS and beyond print.
What youll actually do:
Own the Technical Partnership: Be our partners trusted expert from the first hello to a flawless implementation. Youll own solution architecture deliver training on everything from positioning to troubleshooting.
Shape the Big Picture: Youre our eyes and ears on the ground feeding real-world problems and customer needs to our Product and Engineering teams. Youll also work with partners to build channel plans and hunt for new sales opportunities.
Elevate the Channel: Work with our Partner Managers and Partners sharing your wisdom on product positioning and implementation best practices and help them build influence with their customers.
Work Nimbly: Join an autonomous team where youre trusted to get things done. Youll dive into complex environments to design robust solutions collaborate cross-functionally.
What you bring to the table:
Deep Print Management knowledge: You have deep technical experience with print management ideally from a reseller or OEM with the ability to deliver training to non-technical people.
Partner & Customer Obsession: You relentlessly ask why and can argue passionately for a partners or customers needs. You are their advocate ensuring we solve their real-world problems.
Leadership Without the Ego: You have an I got this attitude. You proactively identify and qualify new opportunities and drive outcomes.
Regional Expert: You will be our voice in the region and as such we need you to be able to converse in English and Mandarin (bonus points for Japanese). Due to the Regional aspect of the role there will be some travel required.
