Responsibilities:
Involved in Financial Projects:
Perform UAT testing and its documentation for specific financial projects under supervision of Line Manager
Make sure coordination and collaboration amongst Accounting IT and other related departments during the projects
Coupa Administrator:
Responsible in handling and coordinating with IT and Finance team if there are any problem/error in payment process
Responsible in maintaining the historical updates for the changes in Commodity (Taxonomy listing)
Coordinating with COUPA team to create amend and delete the COA registered in certain commodities
Sun GL coordinator:
Responsible in handling administration of Sun GL and coordinating with Accounting team to create amend and delete the COA in Sun GL.
Responsible in maintaining the historical updates of the change of Sun GL accounts.
Requirements:
Fresh Graduate/last year student from Accounting Major
Willing to do WFO (3x a week) in South Jakarta
Good in English & daily business communications
Excellence knowledge in Microsoft excel
Good knowledge in Accounting
Committed to do internship for 6 months
