Responsibilities:

Involved in Financial Projects:

  • Perform UAT testing and its documentation for specific financial projects under supervision of Line Manager

  • Make sure coordination and collaboration amongst Accounting IT and other related departments during the projects

Coupa Administrator:

  • Responsible in handling and coordinating with IT and Finance team if there are any problem/error in payment process

  • Responsible in maintaining the historical updates for the changes in Commodity (Taxonomy listing)

  • Coordinating with COUPA team to create amend and delete the COA registered in certain commodities

Sun GL coordinator:

  • Responsible in handling administration of Sun GL and coordinating with Accounting team to create amend and delete the COA in Sun GL.

  • Responsible in maintaining the historical updates of the change of Sun GL accounts.

Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduate/last year student from Accounting Major

  • Willing to do WFO (3x a week) in South Jakarta

  • Good in English & daily business communications

  • Excellence knowledge in Microsoft excel

  • Good knowledge in Accounting

  • Committed to do internship for 6 months
