We are seeking a resilient and highly organised Senior Administrator to step into the role of Assistant to the Chairmans PA. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Chairmans PA providing critical support in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. If youre looking for a part-time role where your skills will make a real impact this could be the perfect fit.
Youll play a key role in ensuring the Chairmans day-to-day operations run smoothly balancing priorities and handling tasks with discretion and professionalism. This is a part time role we are open to what hours will be worked.
What youll be doing
Manage complex diaries schedules and invitations with accuracy and foresight
Coordinate domestic and international travel ensuring seamless arrangements
Draft and review correspondence prepare detailed meeting materials and take clear minutes
Organise events venues and logistics often at short notice
Build strong working relationships across internal teams household staff and external contacts
Provide flexible assistance with ad hoc tasks errands and occasional out-of-hours needs
Exceptional organisation and calendar management skills
Excellent communication skills
Confident with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
Professional flexible and proactive with strong interpersonal skills
Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
